• Action & respond to rates/services inquiries in an efficient, reliable & competitive manner.
• Execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations.
  
• Support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of related local tariffs.
  
• Develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.
  
• Build and secure business relationships with customers (internal/external) and airlines.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to achieve cost-effective solutions and competitive prices by negotiating competitive rates with overseas agents in order to meet customer expectations.
  
• Understand competition behavior and ongoing developments driven by customers, in matters of lane/volumes development.
  
• Identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications for AFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
  
• Efficiently managing work according to different regional / global time zones.
  
• Build and maintain a robust team with co-workers in the department specially with the OPS/CSV colleagues.
