Job Description

• Execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations.
• Ensure effective monitoring and accurate updating of related local tariffs.
• Develop and maintain databases enabling quick responses to specific network queries.
• Specialized in Air import Pricing by using multiple overseas agents.
• Action & Respond to rates/services inquiries in an efficient, reliable, competitive manner on timely basis.
• Selling Best Possible rates to customers after comparing rates received from agents/carriers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to achieve cost-effective solutions and competitive prices by negotiating competitive rates with overseas agents in order to meet customer expectations.
• Understand competition behavior and ongoing developments driven by customers, in matters of lane/volumes development.
• Possess expertise in operations and customer service management.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications for AFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Efficiently managing work according to different regional / global time zones.
• Build and secure business relationships with customers (internal/external) and airlines.
• Ensure compliance with IATA rules and regulations and effectively manage related procedures.
• Customers follow ups for booking confirmation in co-ordination with sales support.
• Providing excellent customer service & operation to all stake holders.
• Timely respond to customer complaints.

Skills & Experience

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputed university/institution.
• Post Graduate education will be a Plus point.

 EXPERIENCE:

• More than 6 years of relevant experience preferred with some renowned Freight Forwarding companies .

 SKILLS:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
