Job Description

·         Responsible for actively hunting new customers, initiating contact through various channels, and maintaining long-term engagement to build a robust client base.

·         Assess inbound and outbound leads for potential, segment based on priority, and nurture relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.

·         Work closely with field sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and smooth transition from lead to active customer.

·         Support volume expansion targets by maintaining regular communication with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

·         Efficiently manage customer data and interactions using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and tracking sales pipeline progress.

·         Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions and improve processes.

Skills & Experience

• At-least 4 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
