Job Description

• Air export pricing local and international.
• Participate to develop, maintain and achieve air freight export productivity targets.
• Execute all facets of export documentation for all services.
• Ensuring timely management of operations / Customer Service.
• Maintaining close relationship with all carrier.
• Visiting customers with SPO if required.
• Customer relationship management, commercial activities (both buying and selling, etc.), RFQ handling, key accounts management, etc.
• Follow up with IATA/ACCAP & Civil Aviation and other relevant authorities as per need.

Skills & Experience

• At-least 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• IATA Cargo Sales Report Experience.
• Experience of DG / Perishable / Temperature control handling.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
