Job Description

• Coordinate and support daily transportation operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between departments.
• Maintain and regularly update transportation records, reports, and documentation in an organized and accurate manner.
• Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and support logistics-related tasks, including shipment planning, vehicle scheduling, and fleet coordination.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, providing effective and timely resolutions.
• Conduct site visits to vendor offices and key locations to monitor and improve operational effectiveness.
• Engage in spot buying and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of transportation services.

Skills & Experience

At-least 3-4 years of relevant experience.

• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Understanding of compliance and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
