Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to ensure stable and streamlined internet connectivity.
• Manage and maintain QSAN storage and server infrastructure for user and data backups.
• Implement and monitor weekly and monthly backup cycles for both standalone systems and servers, including offline backup solutions.
• Administer and maintain the Office 365 environment, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and collaborative Excel tools.
• Configure and manage Unifi Access Points to support wireless infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain four company domains, websites, and portals.
• Oversee user access and management for various shipping line portals.
• Ensure compliance with IT audits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and IT security policies.
• Configure and manage network firewalls, including Sangfor, pfSense, and FortiGate.
• Track and manage the renewal of all software licenses, subscriptions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee centralized remote access solutions such as AnyDesk.
• Configure and monitor PRTG Network Monitor, including maintaining an updated network map.
• Provide expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of networking and system administration.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, CCTV systems, and PBX.
• Maintain and manage IT Data Center operations effectively.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2019), including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and system security.
• Demonstrate proficiency in virtualization technologies, preferably VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Manage email servers using WHM and cPanel, including troubleshooting email delivery issues.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including IP routing, subnets, IPsec, and SSL VPN.
• Supervise and assist the IT helpdesk team, both onsite and remotely.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure up-to-date records.
• Assess organizational IT requirements, set project schedules, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely task completion.

Skills & Experience

More than 6 years of relevant experience.

Certifications in MCSE, MCSA O365, CCNA or CCNP, VMware VCP-DCP , or other relevant technologies are advantageous.
