Job Description

Receiving and responding to all Ocean FCL queries from salespersons and customers.

Negotiating price with registered overseas agents/consignees.

Keeping abreast with ongoing market rates and acquiring the best possible rates from overseas agents.

Quoting the best possible rates to customers/salespersons while adhering to company policies.

Arranging space (S/O) for all secured shipments as agreed in the quotation.

Maintaining Query Log Book Sheet/FCL Rate Sheet on the server.

Ensuring prompt and immediate email responses regarding queries or schedule issues.

Maintaining healthy professional relations with overseas agents and local customers.

Skills & Experience

At-least 2 -3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
