Job Description

·         Operate PABX Console system smoothly to carry out swift internal & external telecommunication of the company by transferring the calls to the required extensions.

·         Taking messages from and providing necessary information to the walk-in persons at the front desk.

·         Maintain accurate records of visitors and customers.

·         Maintain daily record of all the incoming and outgoing local, national, and international couriers.

·         Maintain daily record of all outgoing dialled calls.

·         Greeting visitors at the meeting room and inform the relevant office employee.

·         Handle all undelivered and wrongly delivered couriers.

·         Deal with problematic situations in a professional manner and adequately communicate pertinent information.
