Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shipments related Communication with Agents at different Origins.
Follow-up of Shipments secured, with Origin Offices.
Receiving Pre-alert messages from Origin Offices & Sharing with Customers.
Receiving Draft AWBs from Origin Offices & sharing with Customers.
Data Feeding in Climax Software
Coordination with CHB/GHA team / Dynamic Airport Staff for issuance of Delivery Orders / handling other matters.
Coordination with Accounts of generation of Freight Invoices
Record Maintaining.
Any other task assigned by the Incharge.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputed University/Institution.
